Marble Hill Playcentres is a voluntary organisation and registered charity located in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. Originally conceived by a group of parents, the Playcentres was opened by the Greater London Council in 1975. Control later passed to the London Borough of Richmond until massive budget cuts saw it transferred to the voluntary sector in 2000. In 2005 Marble Hill Playcentres became a charity.
At Marble Hill Playcentres we offer:
An open access supervised Adventure Playground, providing free-flow play opportunities for children and young people aged 5 to 15 years.
A family drop in centre for babies, toddlers and children aged 0 -5 years and their parents/carers.
An Inclusive Play Project which includes play sessions designed specifically for children and young people with additional needs.
